Returns and exchange are permittable within 7 days of the date of delivery if the playmat we received back is UNUSED and in it's original condition (plastic, label, velcro straps and the box). If more than 7 days have gone by, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or an exchange.
Please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your item with ‘#ORDER NUMBER - RETURN' as the subject. Please include the following details in your email.
- The full name on the order
- Order number
- The reason for your return*
- In the unlikely event of manufacturing fault, please include photos and contact us ASAP
Please only make a return when we received acknowledgement regarding your return. We will email you back with confirmation and then you can proceed to make a return.
NO refund or exchange will be offered on any SALE items.
If item has been used - we are unable to provide any refunds OR exchanges.
Please return the playmat in it's original conditon (plastic, label, velcro straps and the box), to our Return address (Please note that the shipping costs to return your item(s) will be your responsibility. It is highly recommended that you use trackable postage as we cannot accept responsibility for products lost in transit to us.
Upon receiving the returned playmat, please allow 2-3 days for it to be inspected and we will notify you if it is approved or decline
When a return request is approved, we will send you an email regarding the status and we will refund via the original form of payment. Please allow 1-3 days for it to show up in your bank transaction.
Please note that Little Niah reserves the right to decline a return request subject to our discretion.
