Yes, we would be happy to! Please contact us at hello@littleniah.com along with your name and address in order for us to get a quotation from our courier provider

When will my order be posted out?

All orders are placed before 12:00pm (GMT+8) time are sent same day

Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During the festive season, sale periods or after a collection launch, please be patience as processing and delivery may take a little longer. You will be notified of any shipping delay by email.

Please be aware that we can not ship to PO Box or Parcel Lockers

You will receive a email order notification with a tracking number.

Currency, Taxes and Duty

Please note that all payments made on this site are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)

For orders being shipped within Malaysia, prices are inclusive of SST

International customers are responsible for any local taxes and duties. We do not accept returns due to the recipient being charged customs fees or duties.

We are legally required to declare total value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice with all international orders

How to clean the play mat?

A damp towel or a soft sponge using mild soap and water then dry it off with a dry towel. Do allow the play mat to be completely dry before use. Avoid using harsh or abrasive detergents to avoid damage on the play mat

Is it fur baby friendly?

If your fur baby has sharp claws or prone to digging or scratching, we strongly suggest against it.

Can I use a vacuum cleaner on the play mats?

We have tested using vacuum cleaner on our play mats and it turns out fine but however please use with caution as vacuum cleaner vary and could cause damage if the suction power is too high or powerful.

Is your play mat water/liquid resistant?

Yes, it is!

The Batik products are made from 100% Cotton. We recommend to hand-wash with gentle liquid detergent and natural air dry.

What are your play mats made from?

Little Niah Play Mats are made of the safest premium quality Polyurethane foam (memory foam).The material is eco-friendly, BPA, BHS and PVC free. Our products are lab tested and passed European Toy Standard testing (EN 71) making it one of the safest baby/children's play mats in Asia. Returns are permittable if the play mat we received back is in it's original condition. Our play mats are sent to you in shrink wrap and once open,

Products are not returnable but exchangeable if only there is a faulty problem with the product. Change of mind or unhappy with colors are not acceptable for an exchange. All products will be properly inspected for quality check before posting it out.

Can heavy furniture or gym equipment be placed on the the mats?

We strongly suggest against it as our play mat is a soft material and anything heavy are likely to leave a permanent indentation

Are footwear ok for your play mat?

House shoes with flat bottoms are ok. To maintain your play mat durability as long as possible, it would be best to use the play mat without any footwear especially high-heeled shoes as it may caused damage to the surface of the play mat
